Ao Nang: top tips
Here is a list of Sara's "must do" things on any visit to Ao Nang:
- Snorkeling or diving in the Andaman Sea - visit Kon-Tiki for destinations and prices.
- Get a Thai massage down at the beach. There is a row of massage huts along the sand. I always go to No. 8, Esa & Ped. They are great, genuine people who will take good care of you during your stay. They have some tables and chairs in the sand so you can relax with a cup of coffee afterwards.
- Poda Island - this is a beautiful beach with crystal-clear blue water. It is easily accessible with a longtail boat from Ao Nang beach.
- Kayaking - I would recommend taking a 1/2 day kayaking trip to Ao Thalane. If you really want to have a vacation you can get even someone to paddle for you!
